Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users in connection with the use of the okuma portfolio website (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

Terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:

• "Service" means the website that introduces okuma's portfolio.
• "User" means any person who accesses the Service and uses it under these Terms.
• "Content" means information, text, images, etc. created by users while using the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment)

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or otherwise communicated to users.

2. The Service may amend these Terms when reasonable cause arises, and will notify users at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Service performs the following:

• Providing portfolio information
• Introducing projects
• Processing contact inquiries
• Other service-related activities

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

The Service may temporarily suspend service provision in cases of maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment, or loss of communication. In such cases, the Service will notify users as stipulated in Article 9.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

• Register false information when applying or making changes
• Steal another person's information
• Alter information posted on the Service
• Send or post information other than what the Service prescribes (e.g., computer programs)
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Service or third parties
• Damage the reputation of or interfere with the operations of the Service or third parties
• Post or publish obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other content contrary to public order

Article 7 (Copyright)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Service belong to the Service.

2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes any information owned by the Service without prior consent, nor may they allow third parties to do so.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is exempt from liability for service provision failures due to force majeure such as natural disasters or equivalent circumstances.

2. The Service is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.

3. The Service is not liable for loss of expected revenue from using the Service or for damage caused by data obtained through the Service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be brought before the court of competent jurisdiction under civil procedure law.

2. Korean law applies to disputes arising from the use of the Service.
